For the last 15 years, I’ve had a wonderful time building great recruitment companies and leading global talent functions for several of the most awarded and respected agencies in the world. Having acquired, developed & retained world-class talent across EMEA, North America and APAC, I decided to take the plunge in October 2014 and launch my own recruitment and talent acquisition consultancy.

My focus is on representing the best talent to the best companies whilst advising them how they can improve their direct hiring efforts and promote their employer brand. Working with so many recruiters over the years, I wanted to create a business that made a real difference – putting people and their career first. I pride myself on standing out from the crowd and having a real duty of care to both candidates & clients.

I am passionate about finding people the right role so that they can deliver their best work, learn & achieve their goals. For clients, I add value as an affordable, effective and long-term recruiting partner. I love that we work in an industry, which is dynamic, fast paced, creative and no two days are ever the same.

During my career, I’ve been fortunate to have worked with and met some brilliant headhunters who I trust and partner with to source roles, which are outside of my area of expertise.
